How to Add Conditional Logic on Forms

Manage your forms with conditional logic capabilities.

1. Once logged into the CMS, navigate to ‘Custom Forms’.

2. Click 'Forms'.

3. Choose the form you want to edit/update.

4. From the ‘Build’ tab, select a field and click the three buttons on the right to display 'More Options'.

5. Choose 'Field Settings'.

6. Click on 'Add Conditional Logic'.

7. You can then choose what needs to be displayed depending on what is picked.

8. Click 'Add'.

9. Click 'Update' to save changes.
