Editing the news / blog article / post template will impact all articles / posts
You can edit the layout of your news articles by editing the themer layout.
Go to Page Builder > Themer Layout then select the page template you want to edit. The name of the template may vary, buy usually has the word single. It also is a Singular Type.
You can edit this template using the page builder. You can add dynamic content that feeds from the article by using shortcodes. see this document for more info on shortcodes.
Once you are happy with the change remember to publish your changes and clear cache.
