This article outlines how to update/add/delete classifications and subclassifications within the Applyflow portal. You may also need to make these updates in your ATS.
First, you have to have the permissions required to make the necessary changes. These changes require Admin access or higher.
1. Once logged into Applyflow, navigate to ‘Settings’ from the home page as shown below.
2. Navigate to the ‘Taxonomy’ tab and select ‘Job classifications’ from the dropdown.
To add a classification:
Decide on the classification that has to be added. Take note that every classification should have a subclassification.
1. On the job classification page, click on the ‘+ Add new classification’ button on the right-hand side and choose from either a predefined list of classifications or add a new one.
2. Once a classification is added, add one or more subclassifications. Don’t forget to save the changes.
These steps can be followed to add subclassifications to an existing classification.
Use the delete functionality on every classification and subclassification to delete any existing ones.
