How do I update the email from a form on my website?

Following these steps, you can update the email notifications sent from forms on your Applyflow website using Formidable Forms.

  1. Log Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Formidable Forms: Once logged in, go to the Formidable Forms section in your Applyflow Dashboard. It's usually located on the left-hand side menu.

  3. Select the Form You Want to Update: From the list of forms, choose the one associated with the email you want to modify.

  4. Edit the Form: Click on the form's name to edit its settings.

  5. Go to Settings: Locate and click on the "Settings" tab within the form editor.

  6. Update Email Settings: Look for the option related to email notifications or confirmations. This may be labelled differently depending on your version of Formidable Forms. Click on it to access the email settings.

  7. Modify Email Content: You should see fields where you can edit the email subject, message body, and recipient(s). Update these fields according to your preferences. You may also have options to customize the sender name and email address.

  8. Save Changes: After making your desired modifications, remember to save your changes by clicking the "Save" or "Update" button.

  9. Test Your Form: Before making the changes live, it's essential to test your form to ensure that the updated email notifications are working correctly. Submit a test entry and verify that you receive the email with the updated content.

  10. Publish Changes: Once you've confirmed that everything is working as expected, you can publish the form changes. Your form will now send out emails according to the updated settings.
