How to log a support ticket with JXT

 
1. Navigate to https://app.applyflow.com/login 
Click on Open live chat
 
2. Click on Open live chat, Click on Create new thread
Type Write a message
3. Follow the prompts if the articles do not help click No 
Click on No
 
Click on Log a new support ticket
 
Click on Relates to system bug
 
 
 
Click on Close live chat
