- Go to 'Appearance'.
- Click 'Menus'.
- Choose the menu that you wish to make changes to (the 'Header Menu' is the main menu).
- Choose the menu item you wish to edit.
- Click the arrow to edit the menu item.
- Edit the descriptions and other details of the menu item.
- Save your changes by clicking on the 'Save Menu' button located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

If you cannot see the description field when you open the menu, follow these steps:
1. Click 'Screen Options' on the top right of the screen.
2. Tick the checkbox for 'Description'.
