# Understanding Website Formatting Issues

## What to do when the website looks broken after making an update.

Sometimes, after a page update, the page formatting breaks.

#### If this happens to you, DO NOT PANIC!

This is a local issue only experienced by you. What you need to do is from the top admin menu, hover over **Cache Options** and then click **Clear cache**. This will clear your website cache files.

If you are still experiencing issues with your page formatting, again, **DO NOT PANIC.**

This is a simple temporary issue only experienced by you on your browser. Give it a minute and then force refresh your browser. 

You will see the issue is now resolved.
